Explanation
We tend to focus on the "science" in Science of Mind, but living is as much art as science. Every moment we are creating, and we never create in a vacuum. Every moment we are creating with all beings alive now as well as all who have ever lived. Every moment we are weaving and are woven into a great tapestry of interbeing. We are called, as conscious beings, to participate in the transformation of our world.
Affirmation
I free myself from the idea of separateness. Oneness is my awareness. There is no outside, there is no other. I have compassion, understanding, and the inspiration I need to create a loving and kind world.

Explanation
In the face of life's constant changes and the noise of the world we can maintain our self-awareness through our spiritual practices, such as meditation, sitting in silence, and mindfulness. By awakening from those thoughts that keep us distracted from our true essence, we can experience our divinity, even in the constant flow of life's comings and goings.
Affirmation
I am a center in the Divine Mind, a point of God-conscious life, truth and action. My affairs are divinely guided and guarded into right action, into correct results. Everything I do, say or think, is stimulated by the Truth. There is power in this word that I speak, because it is of the Truth and it is the Truth.
